- Performing financial and operational audits for different Business Unit for both Hong kong and Mainland Team
- Reviewing the efficiency and effectiveness of the Group's departments' control
- Preparing audit documentation and making reccomendations
- Assisting in Ad hoc projects
Requirements
- Degree holder from a recognized university, with CPA or CIA is preferred
- 5~7 years of experience in internal audit of a sizable commercial and auditing company
- Candidate with Big 4 experience is a plus
- Presentable, interactive and articulate to both junior and senior management
- Solid internal control and risk management knowledge skills
- Proactive, Independent, Team Player
- China and property development experiences are highly preferable
- 40%~50% Travel to PRC is required
