Finance Assistant

We are a rapidly growing UK prop-tech company looking for an experienced and reliable individual to join us in the role of Finance Assistant.

The Finance Assistant will need to be able to work in a fast paced team delivering high-quality results in an innovative and exciting environment.

Previous experience working within a Finance function and using NetSuite accounting software is essential to be considered for this role.

Duties will include

• Working closely with the senior members of the Finance Team on ad hoc projects

• Assisting with timely processing of staff expenses

• Processing supplier invoices

• Liaising with key staff to gather receipts

• Checking agency invoices for correctness, resolving arising queries

• Assist with customers invoice processing/payment

• Investigating refund requests

• Assisting in the production and preparation of spreadsheets and reports

• Filing and archiving finance records

• Assisting with office management (managing post, scanning, answering finance calls)

Key Attributes required

• Experience in processing sales/purchasing ledgers

• Experience working with Netsuite accounting software is a must

• Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge

• Strong communication skills
