An Accounts Payable Manager is required by a high growth services business based in South Nottinghamshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the purchase ledger function and lead a small, friendly team within a hugely successful company. The main duties include:
• Ensure the Accounts Payable function runs smoothly and follows the purchase to pay process
• Perform the month end closing process and reconciliation of the ledgers statements
• Ensure the Accounts Payable team are replying to all queries in a timely manner and all queries are dealt with correctly and efficiently
• Providing motivation and leadership for the team, you will also lead the way in developing processes and efficiencies
• Regular reporting and analysis to key senior managers in the business
• Involvement in ad hoc project work
This role will suit a hands-on, highly motivated individual who leads a team by example. Previous management experience is essential as well as the desire to work in a high volume, fast paced environment.
