RARK Solutions are currently partnered with an International Collections Agency in Maidstone who are looking for 2 Collections Agents to join the growing team.
Reporting into the Collections Manager, the main focus of the role will be to maximise the recovery of cash through inbound and outbound telephone calls. This role is perfect for someone with prior Telemarketing or Collections experience who can offer effective communication and negotiation skills.
The Consumer Collections Agents will be responsible for:
- Negotiating early debt resolution
- Updating management system
- Obtaining full dispute details and fast-track to relevant contacts as required
- Maintain diary notes, status codes, agreements and workflows in accordance with procedures
- Trace investigations
- Ad hoc duties as required
The successful candidate will have a proven background in Consumer Collections and an understanding of industry guidelines. You must also be able to demonstrate negotiation skills, relationship building skills and your ability to be a team player.
In return you will receive a generous salary of £20,000 + generous monthly bonus
Rotating weekly shift pattern 8am – 4pm and 12.00 – 8pm
