FP&A Manager

Robert Half are recruiting for one of the world's largest payment solutions company. The organisation is a global leader in payments processing technology and solutions for merchant customers. The company operate reliable and secure proprietary technology platforms that enable merchants to accept a vast array of payment types, across multiple channels, anywhere in the world. The organisation in question has a global turnover in excess of £4 Billion and over 5,000 employees.

As an FP&A Manager you will produce and develop the month-end board level reporting, you will be a key contributor to the forecast/ budgets cycles and 5 year plan, working with members of WPUK Finance and wider business team to deliver reliable projections with insight into trends, opportunities and risks. As part of your role you will investigate month end variances and report on findings, taking control of any work streams and own areas of the overhead Budget, business partnering members of the UK Executive team on their cost budget, identifying risks and opportunities. You will ensure delivery of budgets and forecasts summaries to facilitate board review and approval requirements as well as manage the production of the monthly management reporting packs ensuring reports meet business requirements.

Salary & Requirements: £55-65k + Bonus. The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level, be 1-3 years post qualified and have significant management accounting, variance analysis and FP&A experience.
