Finance Servicing - Team Leader
Permanent Contract
£28,500 - £30,000 + Bonus per annum - depending on skills and experience
35 hours per week
Greenwellgleeson are recruiting for finance team lead role based in Wolverhampton at a rapidly expanding Corporate organisation paying between £38,000 - £30,000. The role will report to the Finance Manager and support the Head of Operational Finance ensuring the business maintains tight financial control over all assets under management and discharges it contractual duties correctly.
Duties of the role include
Line manager responsibility for a small team ensuring objectives are set and employee engagement is high;
Key contact point for third party client queries;
Rigorous reviews of daily key controls and reconciliations;
Operating a rigorous and organised approach to completing daily and monthly tasks;
Develop and maintain prudent risk management and quality controls;
Responsible for ensuring the business incorporates current BACS rules throughout its payment administration processes;
Ensure adherence to current operational procedures and regulation;
Processing of Daily Direct Debit files in line with BACS rules;
Review and posting of daily transactions, ensuring a high degree of accuracy at all times;
Key Skills:
You will have excellent oral and written communication skills sufficient to liaise and interact with employees at all levels within the organisation and third party companies, dealing with confidential issues in a professional manner.
