Construction Technical Sales Support

Thermal Insulation Distributors Limited (TIDL) are a Dublin based company in the Dublin 15 area and are looking to hire for a Technical Sales Support role.   The Role: Internal technical sales support. Dealing with customer technical queries on a range of construction applicaions in both fire and accoustic applications Providing solutions and preparing quotationsfor a range of technical insulation, fire and acoustic insulation products being supplied to a wide variety of specialist customers in the construction industry.  Working with a team of dedicated sales staff to maximise our customer service The person: Will have experience in construction related area with knowledge of building regulations with particular relevance to Part B (Fire)  and Part E (Sound) of the Irish building regulations. Will have experience in providing high level performance and being able to work under pressure to provide an exceptional customer service. Will have excellent IT computer skills including CRM, Word and Excel. Will demonstrate the ability to work well as part of a team and have excellent time management skills.
