Job Introduction: A leading insurance company in Singapore is looking to hire a AP and AR executive on a 6 months contract. You will be part of a fun, dynamic and bubbly team. This role is highly convertible to a permanent position based on personal performance.

Job responsibilities:
  • Oversees and ensure accounts payable are paid for and account receivable are collected accurately and in a timely manner
  • Provide oversight and ensure bank reconciliation are completed timely and accurately
  • Draft and prepare GST submission
  • Maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions and ensure compliance of all related policies
  • Involved in ad hoc projects as assigned

Candidate qualifications:
  • Possess at least 1-2 years relevant working experiences and good knowledge of finance operations
  • Good knowledge of Sun accounting system; insurance industry and operations is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skill and good communication skill to liaise with and work across departments.
  • Organised, meticulous, motivated, mature and work well with minimum guidance and under pressure
  • Result driven and have an eye to ensure compliance and governance
  • Immediately available candidates only
