Accounts Payable - Sutton - up to £26,000
An excellent opportunity to has arisen for an Accounts Payable to join a highly successful multi-site business.
Reporting to the Financial Controller and working in a fast paced environment, it will be your responsibility to ensure that all purchase ledger invoices and expenses are processed accurately and in a timely fashion.
In your role you will:
Monitor and maintain the sales ledger
Prepare and process sales invoices
Manage the authorisation of invoices and ensure they are completed in a timely manner
Raise cheques
Process the month end sales ledger accruals
Provide ad-hoc support where needed for the wider accounts department.
This position would suit a confident individual with the ability to prioritise their work load. Ideally will have worked in a fast paced environment, within a similar Accounts position focusing on purchase ledgers. Additionally, excellent experience with Excel is essential to your application whilst experience with accounting software such as Sun would be considered highly advantageous.
