Description
As the Assistant Shared Services Manager, you will be play a critical role in support the effective management and running of the day to day shared services activities.
Reporting to the Shared Services Director, you will be responsible for supporting the effective delivery of key financial information.
Key responsibilities include;
- Reviewing and analysing the weekly financial activities
- Supporting the continuous improvements of the department
- Assisting in the management of a large team
- Business partnering and working collaboratively with key internal stakeholders
- Assisting in the implementation of operational efficiencies
- Ensuring best practice and the deliver of accurate financial information
Profile
- A Part Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA)
- A proven track record in effective staff management
- An ability to work within tight deadlines
- Effective communication skills
- Exposure to shared services environments
