Indirect Tax Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE: The opportunity will be best suited for a strategic thinker who excels working independently and as part of a team. The right person will have the ability to work proactively and have had previous experience in technical tax issues. Main duties and responsibilities will include: Ensuring the company completes its tax filings accurately and on a timely basis Developing process and procedures for all indirect taxes Managing audits with tax authorities Providing guidance and advice on indirect tax aspects of M&A activity Supporting the Head of Tax on the indirect tax aspects of transactions and internal change programmes Experience with filing of Voluntary Disclosures preferred "This is unique chance for an experienced tax professional to join a globally recognised organisation, leading the way in the technology sector, to further advance their career.
