About Department St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne is a major metropolitan public hospital operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with staff including shift workers paid under multiple industrial agreements, with two fortnightly pay runs paid in alternate weeks. St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne uses Kronos as the organisations rostering solution. About the Role The Human Resources Systems Administrator - Rostering is primarily responsible for the maintenance and first level technical support of St Vincent's Hospital's rostering system (Kronos). The incumbent will also deliver expert technical advice and support for the St Vincent's Hospital payroll process through the development of process improvement and process automation in collaboration with the Payroll Services team. Duties Ensure the St Vincent's Hospital rostering system (Kronos) is properly managed and maintained Provide guidance to managers and employees on the day-to-day use of Kronos Support the Payroll Team in the completion of the pay run process on a weekly basis Manage changes required to ensure the St Vincent's Hospital rostering function remains compliant with changing industrial agreements and other legislation Qualifications, Skills and Experience Proven experience in the technical support of a complex rostering function High level technical proficiency in Kronos High level written and verbal communication skills with the ability to consult and liaise effectively with internal and external customers Experience in award interpretation and application Benefits Salary packaging Employee Assistance Program Staff Health Centre Staff Car Park (fee can be salary packaged) Application Please attach your resume and cover letter to your application.
