Our Canberra region is currently recruiting for a full time position.
We are looking for an energetic, proactive and flexible sales and service professional to work in a customer facing retail bank environment. The key aspects of the role are to carry out sales and service activities, liaise with and help our members with their banking needs and to identify referrals and new opportunities for them to take up IMB's competitive product offerings. Additionally and importantly is the operational aspects of the role ensuring all activities are conducted in line with IMB's policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. As part of our Canberra relief team, you will be providing support to our branches within the region and will be available to cover staff leave and absences as well as for other operational needs of the branch.
Branches within the region include: Canberra, Woden, Tuggeranong, Queanbeyan, Gunghalin and Belconnen.

* Cash handling experience and an accurate eye for detail
* An aptitude for technology with proficient computer and keyboard skills
Thorough training will be provided and the successful applicant must be prepared to attend training for one week in Wollongong.
