A client involved in the primary industries is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to assist them in monitoring and managing the throughput, operations and logistics involved in the running of their business. The client is located in the Lockyer Valley region, but has holdings across Queensland. In the course of the role, the prospective Business Analyst will have a number of responsibilities, several of which are:

• Creation of weekly summary, and strategic modelling reports;
• Constant reporting of key drivers for Processing and Value Add business;
• Monitoring of the operations costing;
• Design of Reporting Dashboards to BI standards;
• Modelling and analysis of several factors pertaining to business inputs and outputs;
• Cost forecasts, analyses, and summaries for key business factors; and
• Liaison with Sales Business Analysts to develop potential revenue opportunities.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in BA and commercial accounting, along with relevant qualifications. A keen eye for detail and a background in primary industries will be looked on favourably, but are not essential.
