The role:

  • Analysing investment opportunities in privately owned business where the team can identify and influence strategic change
  • Support in the structuring and negotiations of equity investments, both from a commercial and technical perspective
  • Co-ordinating with both lawyers, consultants and investment bankers on transactions
  • Working on the monitoring and execution of strategic initiatives
  • Demonstrating the ability to build and maintain effective partnership and relationships with key stakeholders across institutional investors, management teams across portfolios businesses and banks

The requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in investment banking M&A or Private Equity sponsors experience
  • Consulting and accountancy (lead advisory) would also be considered
  • The individual needs to be a strong communicator, with the ability to balance competing priorities, work independently and with a keen eye for detail.
  • Highly ambitious with maturity and the ability to keep calm under pressure.
