Our client is seeking a Trade Support Officer to be responsible for managing the trader and sales work flow within a dynamic and deadline driven trade floor environment. You will liaise directly with the front office, traders and sales staff to assist them in managing the transaction lifecycle and resolve queries.

Responsibilities
  • Report to Trade Support Manager
  • Monitor daily trade confirmations across multiple investment products
  • Monitor unmatched trades for timely settlement
  • Process daily transactions including cash and global payments
  • Support clients and other business divisions to provide wide range of support related to post-trade execution and settlement process
  • Investigate discrepancies/ trade breaks that arise from reconciliation process
  • Liaise with the sales and trading desk, operations and various external stakeholders

Requirements
  • Degree qualified
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in trade support
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Pro-active, mature, well-organised and an excellent team player
