Finance Manager, Permanent, ACCA, Qualified Accountant Your new company Hays Senior Finance are recruiting for an international FMCG client for the appointment of a new Finance Manager based in Belfast at their Head Office. Our client are highly regarded within their industry. Your new role As Finance Manager you will play an integral role in managing the accounting team and improving the processes where possible. You will also manage accurate and timely production of weekly & monthly management accounts and commentaries. Another element will include assisting in providing commercial analysis and advice to management teams, business units and functions in order to support decision making and business performance. Reporting into the Head of Management Accounting you will also be expected to lead the team to optimise performance of all members via effective communication, target setting, coaching and helping with areas to improve. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this Finance Manager role you will be a qualified accountant with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience. Ideal candidate will be driven and possess sound commercial acumen. Advanced IT Literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV software is desirable. Team management experience is also desirable.
