Senior Financial Accountant - Donegal Client: VANRATH are pleased to be recruiting for a Senior Financial Accountant on behalf of a market leading progressive organisation based in Ardara in Donegal. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Financial Accountant to join the expanding finance team. Responsibilities: Participation in the month, quarter and year-end close General Ledger preparation Preparation of journal entries -Preparation of account reconciliations and analysis Assisting with the preparation of monthly reporting packs Analysis of quarterly review packages and fluctuations Contribution to monthly review meetings Assisting with external audits Assist the finance team in continual development and recommendation of process improvements. Undertaking other responsibilities / activities of a similar nature on an ad hoc basis The Ideal Person: The successful candidate will ideally be a newly/recently qualified accountant, keen to make their first move into Industry. You will be a motivated self-starter, keen to make the first into Industry.
