About This Job Deliver key financial data and information at the right time and good quality in achieving high performance. To monitor business plan and actual implementation status, analyze abnormal issue. To monitor actual expense against target To arrange the proper accrual monthly. Coordinate the budget and forecast process and ensure high quality submission and in-depth analysis. Participate in the tracking and monitoring of key initiatives. Provide other ad hoc reports and analysis requested by China Leadership Team or Global finance team. Delivers financial statements, financial forecast updates & budget inputs fulfilling Group Reporting requirements and ensure that the company meet fully and accurately these obligations. Lead the annual budgeting and latest estimate processes, in coordination with HR and commercial controllers. Analyze monthly reporting and provide solutions or propose actions when necessary. Qualifications Essential Knowledge & Experience Critical Knowledge A graduate Qualified Accountant i.e. CIMA, ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent depending on degree, with 5 years experiences in financial planning and analysis roles. Proficient Financial Accounting & Reporting Knowledge Advanced Budgeting, forecasting and planning knowledge System skills must include Mircrosoft office and SAP Critical Experience Effective team worker 5 years experiences in financial planning and analysis roles. Understanding of Syngenta business and industry drivers Thorough understanding of budgeting, forecasting and planning processes and financial planning and analysis Critical Functional Competencies (Skills/Capabilities) Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Good communication skills. Focus on value and customer. Fluent in oral and written English.
