Job Summary Assist the Payroll team with internal payroll processes.  Research and respond to cases received from KPMG employees and the onshore team. Assist with administrative duties as required. The successful applicant will have: 2-3 years of business experience. US Payroll Experience working in the BPO sector (preferred) Experience in Multi-State or California Payroll an asset Experience using People Soft B.Sc degree from an accredited University Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent analytical and organisational skills. Ability to process highly confidential information. Ability to meet stringent deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills and professional attitude. Roles and Responsibilities: Assist with the payroll processing cycle. Provide guidance and training to offshore payroll teams. Prioritize department workload in order to meet stringent deadlines. Support Customer Service and the HRSC on any payroll related matters. Interact professionally with employees and onshore payroll team on payroll related matters. Document payroll processes and procedures as required. Recommend process improvements that will allow the department to perform more efficiently.
