One of the most acclaimed property businesses within in its industry, this company has built up a great reputation and prides itself on delivering a first class and quality service to its customers.

Description

• Producing monthly management packs
• Preparing annual budgets and forecasts, including variance analysis with commentaries
• Control of the nominal ledger and balance sheet account reconciliations
• Cost and cash control
• Cash flow management and reporting
• VAT returns
• Preparing reconciliations and reviewing work by accounts assistants
• Posting accruals and prepayments, reviewing variances, analysing overheads

Profile

This is a great opportunity for a Management Accountant that prefers a hands on and results-focused role. We are also looking for:

• Strong management accounts experience, ideally in a similar property industry
• Part qualified CIMA/ACCA with a desire to progress
• Excellent Excel skills
• IT literate with strong systems knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• Methodical and high attention to detail
