Nurse Manager Clare Holland House - Palliative Care
Expressions of interest are sought to temporarily fill RN Level 4.3 Manager Clare Holland House - Palliative Care
The role is expected to commence Monday 30 July 2018 for 10 weeks, till Friday 5 October 2018.
Successful candidate will bring to the role:
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a senior nursing management position in an acute environment.
- Experience in the management of physical, financial and human resources in an acute health care environment or similar environment.
- Proven ability to deliver outcomes in a changing and evolving environment.
- High regarded interpersonal, communication, consultation, facilitation and negotiation skills including the capacity to build and maintain positive working relationships with diverse groups.
- Knowledge of quality improvement principles and experience in their practical application.
- Well developed management and leadership skills with proven team building and change management ability
