Job responsibility
- Managing projects in financial and operational restructuring and insolvency
- Conduct independent financial reviews; compulsory liquidations and creditors voluntary liquidation
- Analysis and forecast cash flow; work on business valuations and financial modelling
- Conduct forensic investigations; financial analysis and financial due diligence to check if there is any misappropriation
- To draft reports on timely manner, including expert reports to court and creditors
- To provide training and coaching to junior team members
Key requirements
- Bachelor degree or higher in accountancy or relevant disciplines
- Professional qualifications like CA, CPA, ACCA or CFA would be an advantage
- At least 4 years of experience in audit or financial advisory such as transaction services, valuation, modelling, forensic, etc.
- Outgoing and diligent
- Fluent Mandarin and English language skill
