Job Role: Lead Generator
Job Location: Farnborough
Job Salary: £18K-£20K basic (depending on experience) with a realistic OTE of £23-25K for hitting KPIs
Job Hours: Shift work - Early Shift = 9:30am - 6pm, Late Shift = 11:30am - 8pm. NO WEEKENDS!
Are you looking for an opportunity to work within a fast paced environment for one of the UKs leading protection brokers who offer commission just for doing your job? If so then this will be a great opportunity for you!
My client has over 30 years' experience in the insurance industry and have a panel of insurers that they use to find the best possible life insurance quotations for their customers. They are looking for individuals with excellent customer service experience, a fantastic phone manner and a drive to hit targets and earn commission.
As a lead generator you will:
"Call potential customers who have either completed an application form online or left their details requesting a call back.
"Take additional information from the customer before passing them through to one of the protection advisors or arranging a convenient time to call them back.
"Have an excellent phone manner and a bubbly and upbeat tone.
"Be driven to work towards targets and hit KPIs which will result in bonuses being paid.
"Have the ability to manage your own day.
They are keen to develop their staff and help support them with their career aspirations so this role will allow for experience to be built up in a fast paced life insurance environment, where people with the right attitude and drive will be considered to be moved over to the sales team which would result in an increased salary and huge OTE!
The office is a fantastic place to work, with regular incentives and a real buzz when every receives their commission.
