A highly motivated, enthusiastic Payroll Assistant with a 'can do' attitude is required on a full or part time basis to work within a small boutique chartered accountancy firm's payroll team based near Maidstone. The role will include assisting the payroll team manager with monthly payrolls including all auto-enrolment matters.

Description

The Key responsibilities for this Payroll Administrator position based near Maidstone are:

Build strong working relationships with a portfolio of allocated clients.

Deal with payroll and bank credits, process tax and allowances and provide an auto enrolment service.

Deliver regular management updates and ensure that all payroll deadlines are met.

Carry out general administrative tasks to assist the team

CIS submissions

Liaising with HMRC

Dealing with day to day queries from clients

Addition bookkeeping work, dependent on interest/ capacity

Profile

The successful candidate for this Payroll Administrators role based near Maidstone will have:
