To support our success we are currently seeking 2 x Member Service Representatives to join the Customer Engagement team in our Brisbane office.As a Member Services Representative you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through the accurate and timely completion of member requests within Sunsuper's Customer Engagement division. This involves the monitoring of insurance application requirements and the provisioning of quality underwriting through compliance with our insurer AIA's guidelines and standards. You will proactively engage with customers through the insurance application process and seek to create an experience that exceeds their expectations.To ensure success you will possess:Sound knowledge of Sunsuper's insurance product.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to engage and guide members through a range of possible solutions.Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high level of numeracy and accuracy.
