Payroll Administrator
Salary: £20,000 - £23,000 DOE
Location: Telford
Hours: 09:00am – 5:30pm (can be flexible)

This business is a globally recognised organisation that specialise within the technology/electrical goods market. Right now the company are expanding and their growth plans require them to hire a Payroll Administrator. My client have a fantastic team currently, they’re reputation is phenomenal and they are one of the top company’s to work for in the UK.

Here is some of what you can expect to be doing...
• Processing payroll for c180 employees (and growing!) on a weekly basis;
• All administration and returns associated with the weekly payroll to be completed in a timely and efficient manner (including P32, P45, P46, RTI, Auto-enrolment, SAYE, attachment of earnings etc);
• Timely internal payroll reporting and reconciliations on a weekly basis;
• Being involved in the maintenance of the TNA clocking system and driving the progress on payroll interaction;
A few things about you...
• Experience in Payroll is essential (experience with Sage 50 payroll an advantage);
• Advanced Excel skills are essential (e.g. Lookups, Pivots, Sumifs);
• A ‘can-do’ positive attitude with the ability to take ownership of tasks;
• The ability to demonstrate initiative and good time management in order to complete tasks and utilise time effectively to meet tight deadlines;
• A strong communicator, with the ability to communicate at all levels
• Strong attention to detail;
• Confidence to challenge existing processes and methods, constantly striving for efficiencies and improvements.
