Since 2010 TaxAssist Naas has performed consistently as one of the leading franchises in the award-winning network that now spans the island.  We offer the full suite of accountancy services to SME's and Professionals including company accounts, income tax, audit, VAT, bookkeeping and payroll services. We are currently transforming our practice with a very firm eye on what the Accountancy Practice of the future looks like, rather than glancing back at the past.  Through the introduction of clever technologies, flexible resources and processes we are now focusing even more on placing the client at the heart of everything we do. Core Duties Managing Client relationships (e.g. communication, drafting correspondence, liaising with Revenue /Bank/ other external third parties on behalf of the client) Managing assigned client revenues and forecasting for capacity planning Preparation of business accounts for sole trader, limited companies and partnerships including: Year-end Accounts Bookkeeping and VAT duties Income Tax Returns Preparation and submission of Company Secretary returns Requirements A go-getter who enjoys building Client relationships both face to face and over the phone Studying towards ACA/ACCA/CPA Supporting the sales function as required for various and ongoing planned marketing campaigns Ability to work on own initiative and to tight deadlines Team worker and highly motivated Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Computer literate (proficient knowledge of Excel is of particular importance) Ability to complete a full set of accounts from general ledger to review stage Experience with Thesaurus, QuickBooks and CCH Accounts Production/ Viztopia is an advantage 2-3 years Practice experience is desirable but not a prerequisite Full / Part time / Flexible contract considered Remuneration Attractive base salary based on experience with performance bonus for meeting given objectives.
