The successful candidate will join the finance team based in the company's head office Shared Service Centre in Little Island, Cork. As ERP Finance Lead you will lead the implementation and rollout of Navision 2018 from the existing 2009 version with a key focus on the core modules; General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Multi-Company Consolidation, Payment Instruments, job costing purchasing and HR. The rollout will incorporate 40 projects across 9 countries. Responsibilities Plan, manage and lead upgrading of Navision 2009 to Navision 2018 Conduct Finance design workshops and functional process workshops Dealing with internal and external Stakeholders Recommend best practice business processes. Hands on system configuration. Assist in Data Migration. Coordinate and support test activities. Manage the Go Live preparation. Roll out to sites across Ireland, UK and Europe Proactively identify and communicate issues and risks. Conduct weekly project reviews. Prepare project related documentation and activity reports. Provide ongoing training to existing and new users Provide outgoing support to Navision Desired Skills & Experience Third Level Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Finance or related field. Project Management Experience Track record of implementing an ERP system. Hands on experience in implementing core modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Multi-Company Consolidation, Payment Instruments. Self-starter requiring minimum supervision with enthusiastic can-do attitude. 10+ relevant experience Solid time management skills. Strong Attention to Detail and well organised Ability to work well with site teams and build good relationships Available to travel 20% (during rollout) (Beneficial but not essential experience) Experience with Navision Additional Information: Permanent full time position Career Development Opportunities with Dornan's Employee development scheme.
