Responsibilities
- Report to Client On-boarding Manager
- Responsible for client communications and query management
- Support new or emerging business areas and identify limitations including systems, risk and operational feasibility
- Maintain customer data and documents into customer database
- Liaise with advisers to ensure time and accurate maintenance of accounts, meeting market and trading requirements
- Collaborate effectively with other stakeholders to resolve issues and drive process improvements
Requirements
- Degree qualified
- Experience in dealing with institutional clients/ financial intuitions is a MUST
- Strong knowledge of KYC/ AML and compliance frameworks
- Minimum 3 years of experience in KYC/ client on-boarding
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Pro-active, mature, well-organised and an excellent team player
