Our client is a well-respected bank who is at the forefront of commercial loan in the industry. They are looking for a highly experienced loan processing professional to head up their loan operations team.

- Supervise a team of junior staff
- Responsible for bank's corporate lending business
- Manage end to end loan processes including application, delivery channels, credit compliance and system management in order to improve customer experience
- Assist clients with providing supporting documentation
- Maintain accurate records, reports and controls via the completion of checklists, registers and reports
- Provide regular recaps on all deals to ensure a solid settlement pipeline
- Recommend and implement remedial action to ensure exposures remain within the bank's risk appetite
Requirements
- Degree qualified
- Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial loan processing and credit administration gained in banks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Ability to clearly advise management on key policy and lending business related issues
- Attention to detail, accuracy and be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for Senior Officer position
