Client Details
My client is a professional services firm in London. They have been growing rapidly and most recently have placed an increased importance on technology to drive the insight provided by the finance team to the wider business. In line with the investment in the FP&A function they are looking to hire a senior business analyst.

- Delivery of accurate and insightful MI to business heads with clear and actionable commentary;
- Providing bid support through pricing modelling to drive profitability;
- Analyse KPIs across the firm to assess performance by sector and client;
- Take a key role in the budgeting and forecasting process with the department heads;
- Lead on scenario modelling and investment appraisal work to assess business opportunities;
- To identify and then implement improvements to processes and systems to drive efficiencies within the team;
- Ad hoc reporting and analysis as required.
Profile
As a strong applicant for this senior business analyst role you will be:
- A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA);
- Demonstrate strong month end control experience and previous responsibility for producing MI packs;
- Possess strong excel and modelling skills (ideally some pricing experience);
- Show an ability to drive process improvements;
- Have excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively with non-financial stakeholders.
Job Offer
The offer to the successful candidate will be between £55,000-£65,000 depending on experience plus benefits including bonus, pension, and PMI. You will be taking a position which will have a direct impact on the performance of the organisation and you will be able to see this impact in real-time.
