We are currently recruiting for a self- motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager. The ideal candidate should be passionate about delivering a high standard of customer service across all F&B departments within the hotel and be a strong leader will the ability to guide and motivate the team. The role will require the candidate to assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of the day to day operations of the hotel. Main Responsibilities: •                     Excellent attention to detail and high level of financial knowledge. •                     Maximise profitability through effective forecasts, cost controls, stock management and budgeting. •                     Delivering on budgeted food & beverage and payroll costs •                     Ensure impeccable presentation and maintenance standards of all areas of the Hotel •                     To manage Health & Safety within the hotel ensuring an awareness of Health & Safety in the day to day operation of the hotels •                     Promote a positive attitude of staff training and development •                     A strong work ethic with emphasis on effective communication practices. •                     Monitoring and following up of guest feedback - ensuring all complaints are dealt with in a timely manner. •                     Cover Duty Management shifts . Ideal Candidate must have: •                     At least 4 years experience as a Duty Manager/ F&B Manager in 4 or 5 star property •                     The candidate should possess excellent skills in F&B and C&B coupled with a good working knowledge of Front Office procedures •                     A self-starter that is able to act on their own initiative •                     A professional qualification is desirable although candidates with commensurate experience may be considered •                     Fluent in English - both written and spoken •                     Strong leadership qualities. •                     Effective strategic management skills •                     Extensive knowledge of business management & budgets •                     Excellent communication & inter-personal skills
