Role We are currently seeking to hire a Manager in our learning and development team. We are keen to hear from candidates who have a minimum of four years relevant experience in a similar role, the scope of the role will involve the project management of training programmes offered by the Business School. Specific responsibilities will include: Business Consulting: Consulting with partners and directors the firm to identify development requirements Design training solutions and integrate learning into the workplace Advising subject matter experts on best practice training and adult learning methodology Evaluating training activity in line with business objectives Programme Management: Project managing the roll-out of training courses and programmes for key populations Managing communication processes, resources and budgets for large scale programmes Training Design and Delivery: Advising internal technical trainers/presenters on best practice training design and delivery methodology including, classroom based training, coaching and technology based learning Designing and delivering behavioural training courses in, for example, people management, supervisory skills and interpersonal skills People Management: Performance management of Training Professionals with particular emphasis on support, coaching and development. Success in this role will require the post holder to work effectively with the other members of the training team, to ensure that the firm receive a professional service from the KPMG Business School. Team: The KPMG Business School (KBS) is supported by 15 training professionals who provide the firm with education, training and people development solutions spanning technical (accounting), information technology and leadership and business skills development.
