Orka Financial is currently working with a unique services business based in Bracknell who is looking to take on an Accounts Payable Assistant. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within finance and will be adaptable within a supportive and growing team.

Some of the responsibilities of this role will include;
• Processing invoices
• Checking coding of invoices
• Preparing payment runs
• Processing BACS, CHAPS and cheques
• Cashbook and petty cash reconciliations
• Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing supplier accounts
• Monthly reconciliations of supplier statements
• Addressing any supplier queries
• Assisting the team with cover or other ad hoc work

You must be able to work in a fast–paced environment, possess strong communication skills and have attention to detail.

This role is offering a salary of between GBP17000 and GBP20000.
