Fontline Manager Based in South Dublin

Frontline Manager The main purpose of this role is to oversee the smooth running of different departments, liaise with Supervisors and agencies to book staff and maintain the customer relationship. Location; Dublin South Client Background; Large Multi-National Supply Chain   Key Responsibilities; Planning the work schedule as per work load and review the work at the end of the entire work process Enhance the relations with workers and staff members by communicating effectively with them and encouraging them to develop themselves, thus facilitating better team work Liaising with department supervisors to get a daily, weekly, monthly forecast of staff Liaising with agencies on PSL to request staff and to deal with any issues onsite Working across different departments, ensuring the smooth running of different contracts Maintaining a relationship with different customers, increasing sales and decreasing costs. Focusing on the needs of the customer and working to manage and meet these needs Projecting staff requirements and ensuring they are covered Monitor and review the worker of staff and to provide recommendations to improve the quality and quantity of work done Understanding the different roles of different staff and working alongside staff to ensure excellent productivity Qualifications; Bachelor's Degree in relevant field is an advantage A minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast paced Industrial/Logistics sector in a Management role Extensive knowledge of the warehouse sector Willingness to improve processes and implement changes appropriately Ability to grow and develop existing and new client relationships Flexibility to work across different contracts and liaise with different customers   Benefits; A very attractive salary Working with a Multi-National company Progression available   Please forward your CV to Kirsty.mcdonald(at)flexsource.ie to express interest - please apply online
