THE COMPANY
Our client is a well-recognised brokerage house in China who is now looking to expand their team in Hong Kong and looking for an ambitious individual to join.
THE ROLE
Based in Hong Kong, and you would be:
* Heading up the Equity Capital Market team
* Exploring various equity raising options (IPO, Secondary Placements etc.)
* Understanding of the local Regulations and industry trends and advising clients on various types of options and deals.
REQUIREMENTS
* At least 10 years of experience in Equity Capital Market or equity sales roles in investment banking
* Team Leader
* Very strong relationship building and networking skills
* Good marketing skills
* Strong communications and presentation skills
* Fluent in Mandarin and English (Written and Spoken)
