Administration Officer - Maintenance

About the role

The Administration Officer is responsible for clerical duties which include advanced skills and knowledge to a range of tasks (e.g. Finance one, BEIMS, Contractor Management and Legislation).

The Administration Officer works with limited supervision to resolve problems in own area of responsibility and to coordinate workflow using planning, initiative, discretion and judgment and is accountable for own work.

  • Extensive computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher and Outlook
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Ability to understand the hospital and health care environment
  • Ability to develop and maintain sound working relationships through effective interpersonal relations
  • Energetic self-motivated, reliable and mature
  • Set goals and promote quality and timely services
  • High level written and oral communication skills
