Business partnering with key internal stakholders DECISION MAKING AUTHORITIES Supplier payments, P.O. approval 9,000, Inbound shipments 7,000, Authorise P.O. price vs invoice price difference 5 PERCENT 25 or 10,000, Expenses 1,000, Stock write-offs / Warranty claims / CRNS 5,000, Delegated authority for Finance Director when unavailable. KEY RELATIONSHIPS Internal All departments, External Auditors, Suppliers and Customers. REQUIRED SKILLS / EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS Qualified ACMA/ACCA, Hands on manufacturing background, Standard costing, Strong analytical skills, Ability to work on their own independently, Computer skills MS Excel, ERP systems and Hyperion desirable, Experience in a large multi-national would be desirable, Specialized knowledge desirable SOX, ERP systems , HFM. KEY COMPETENCIES Working capital account overall management three Godwin UK entities, Strong communication and IT skills, Timely closure of Godwin UK entities at month end, Standard cost management for site, Gatekeeper for KPIs Ability to business partner the manufacturing and service companies key stakholders Ability to manage relationship with Shared Services to acheive service level targets, LOCALLY REQUIRED INFORMATION Product knowledge, HFM and ERP system. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES SOX compliance (Narratives / Segregation of Duties templates / IPE schedules) Development and management of standard costing system, Variance analysis and follow-up key to driving performance improvements and understanding where we can improve. Vigorous Balance sheet control of manufacturing company, Assist with inventory reduction and working capital improvement. Overhead review and reporting managing overheads within Budget. Assisting with Quarterly forecasts and Annual Budget process Manage the GRNI / Registered invoices Ensure freight costs are captured and recovered. Key role with both internal and external audit. CI Mindset driving for ways improve current processes. Support to Finance Director as and when required for all 3 companies, Be responsible for the safety of yourself and others that you work with, Play an active role in the development and continued improvement of safety performance within your department, Work with the Site Leadership Team to ensure that the Company complies with its legal and statutory duties in regards to Environmental, Safety and Health, Ensure that breaches of safety within your department are investigated and addressed in the correct way and records of breaches are recorded appropriately, Act as a role model and set the standards that the company expect all staff to adopt.
