As Assurance Manager, you'll be responsible for managing multiple engagements including individual time; scheduling andassigning work and monitoring the progress of audit fieldwork. Skills and attributes for success Managing the planning, executing and delivering assurance engagements Developing and maintaining working relationships with client management, identifying client needs and continually improving our clients' satisfaction Working effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress Preparing and delivering presentations to engagement team members and client management Preparing reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties Building strong internal relationships within EY Assurance and across other services Coaching, supervising and conducting performance review and contributing to performance feedback for staff Contributing to people initiatives, including recruiting and retaining assurance professionals Maintaining an educational program to continually develop personal skills of all staff Understanding and following workplace policies and procedures To qualify for the role you must have Graduate degree from Finance/Audit/Audit Economics/Accounting Thorough knowledge of current auditing techniques 5 years of relevant work experience Experience of the entire audit process Strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP Understanding of risk-based auditing and risk and control strategies Ideally, youll also have Understanding of Q&RM procedures Compliance with understanding of regulatory requirements Excellent written and verbal knowledge of Azerbaijani and English Excellent presentation skills Proficient IT skills (Word, Excel, Power Point) ACCA or CPA qualified What we look for Were interested in leaders with a genuine creative vision and the confidence to make it happen.
