A highly established Oxfordshire business is actively recruiting for a Finance Team Leader to support a team of 3 and will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day running of Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable.

Your new role
The role will involve managing the workload and priorities of the team, carrying out performance reviews and managing the delivery of KPI's. You will review and manage existing practices and procedures, acting as a process expert for the team while sharing your technical knowledge.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this vacancy you will have experience of managing and motivating a Finance team with a practical understanding of people management issues and of setting individual and team targets. Also Prioritising workloads and meeting reporting deadlines will also be key to your success.

This is a permanent opportunity offering upto £30000 FTE plus benefits including above statutory pension, 25 days annual leave and private healthcare
