Assistant Accommodation Manager

The Springhill Court Hotel is an established hotel in Kilkenny, it has 85 well appointed guest rooms with a cosy bar & restaurant and modern & spacious Conference & Banqueting facilities for up to 450. On site facilities include a state of the art Leisure Centre with sauna, jacuzzi, 18 metre pool and gym and the luxurious Lavender Spa and Image Hair Salon.   We are now inviting applications for the position of Assistant Accommodation Manager, minimum of 25 hours per week, to assist in the smooth running of our Accommodation Department in this busy hotel.    The ideal candidate must have A minimum of two years previous experience in an Accommodation Management position in the Hotel Industry. Previous experience as Assistant Accommodation Manager or an Assistant Head Housekeeper in a 3 star hotel. Candidates must be standards driven with a keen attention to detail.  Previous experience of training a team essential. Candidates must be financially aware and able to manage costs in the Accommodation area.   Applicants must be well presented with fluent English and excellent communication skills. Candidates must be flexible as this role will include weekend work.
