Talent Acquisition Specialist Cork Euro Executive have been retained by a leading Pharmaceutical Multinational to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Cork. This is an ideal opportunity for an Agency Recruitment Consultant seeking a move to an in-house environment. Key Responsibilities: You will engage with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. You will understand and utilise online recruiting resources (LinkedIn, Indeed, Applicant Tracking Systems) and other sources to identify candidates. You will work with sourcing associates and analysts to build comprehensive candidate pipeline. Experience & Skills : You will have A minimum of 2 years of sourcing, recruiting or talent acquisition or industry research experience. You will be competent in Boolean syntax and Boolean search capability. You will have the ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines. Salary & Benefits: The role will pay €35,000 - €45,000 depending on experience. There are fantastic benefits on offer, including a bonus, healthcare, and pension.
