Night Porter required must have a full clean driving licence

This contemporary four star hotel combines high standards of hospitality and service, stylish bedrooms and good value with a very accessible location. The hotel has 128 bedrooms and 12 meeting rooms with a maximum capacity of 600.  We are situated just off junction 7, on the M1 motorway, Dublin to Belfast route.   Experience in Opera is desirable.   Accountabilities: • Creating a warm and welcoming first impression to all customers. • Answering the telephones and dealing with guest queries and comments in an efficient and friendly manner. • To ensure all conference rooms are set up to the agreed standard. • Checking that all function bills are completely and accurately posted and room charges are posted to the correct room number. • To be responsible for checking guests in and out. • To drive the Hotel shuttle bus to and from the airport • To deliver room service to guests rooms. • To assist the Food & Beverage Team with service in the bar area when required. • To deal with customer complaints in an efficient and professional manner. • To be responsible for ensuring that all cash, cheque and credit card transactions are correctly completed, and charges are correctly placed. • To give a detailed hand over to the early Duty Manager ensuring that they know of any incidents that may have occurred during the night. Requirements: -  Full Clean Drivers Licence -  Fluent in English
