We are currently looking for Chefs of all Grades to assist the Head Chef in the daily operation of his Kitchen Duties Include: To assist the kitchen team in the preparation of food according to recipes and cooking standards. To assist in the set up and organisation of the assigned workstation. To be fully aware of HACCP and follow the procedures detailed within. To adhere to training plans which are in place. To create and maintain an effective working relationship with colleagues and managers. To maintain the highest standards of work hygiene & personal hygiene at all times To ensure all deliveries are properly checked and accounted for. To communicate with customers where necessary. To maintain cleaning programme in operation To maintain departmental standards at all times. To fulfil your obligations under the Health & Safety at Work Act 2005 To be flexible and co-operative in the workplace so as to ensure the smooth and successful operation of the hotel. Dependent on business levels within the hotel, you will be required to assist with duties as directed by Management.
