Payroll Officer 3M FTC Co Antrim £10.00-£12.00 per hour My client based in Co. Antrim now have a need for a Payroll Officer to join their team on a temporary basis of 3 months. My client are recognised for providing outstanding customer service with an excellent reputation for their support and services. As the Payroll Officer the successful candidate will assist with: - A range of payroll duties to ensure the provision of a payroll function to all departments throughout the Association while complying with HMRC and pension regulations. Ensure that all users of the payroll service are treated with courtesy and their requests are dealt with efficiently, escalating queries/issues to line manager/other staff as appropriate. Provide assistance to managers and staff on payroll policies, procedures and practices as well as any other arrangements in place to ensure that the Association meets its legal/regulatory responsibilities in this area. Assist in the production of timely and accurate reports in relation to these processes as and when required using excel, word, TMS or SAGE reporting where appropriate. Carry out any other duties that may be required of you and make decisions on any other issues that are likely to arise and would be within your areas of responsibility. Criteria: - Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years payroll experience in a medium sized payroll department. Educated to A Level standard or equivalent with 4 GCSE'S at grade C or above in English & Maths. Previous experience using SAGE payroll. Previous experience of importing CSV files. Proficient in the use of Excel. Excellent Communication Skills. Strong attention to detail, organised with the ability to multi-task workload.
