Store Supervisors wanted in Dublin Area - Dun Laoghaire, Dublin  Retail Supervisors with the vision & passion to help lead a team to greatness in our one of a kind concept store here in Ireland. Gone is the traditional till & counter! These have been replaced with the ability for our team to be full mobile with Mobile EPoS (MEPoS) and to serve customers anywhere & everywhere in store instantaniously. This role requires confident people who want to be part of the future for CeX.  This role is a great first step into management, and provides lots of opportunities to learn and develop within the role. It is important for anyone coming into this role to realise that they are part of the management team. This means holding responsibility for the store's team, sales, buys, stock, operations and brand standards.   It is important therefore for our Supervisor candidates to have a desire to take on this responsibility and be eager to grow themselves and their career with us.   If you are passionate about what you deliver, eager to succeed and keen to keep learning then this could be the ideal opportunity for you.    About You;   Recent or relevant experience of leading or supporting a team. (1 year +) Customer focused. Experience of working with set procedures. An understanding or experience of working towards targets. A desire to understand or work with different technologies at work. Strong communicator and pro-active, someone who can see beyond the daily grind. Ambitious and hoping to move onto Store Management     As part of the role you will;   Receive a generous basic salary. Report to your Store Manager. Receive on the job training and access to a competency framework. Ensure that our customer service is exciting and attentive, and the store operation is of the highest standard. Receive regular performance reviews. Travel to stores, in Ireland or further afield, to gain experience or give support. Be eligible to receive a 4 weekly bonus based on store performance.
