Are you a part or qualified financial accountant looking for a new challenge? If so, Code Red Associates could well be recruiting for your next permanent role. My client is large blue chip company located in Nottingham. Your role will be to provide a full finance accounting service and you will report directly to the financial controller.

Key Responsibilities
* Preparation and recording of weekly, monthly and annual financial accounts and performance
* Manage year end audit and year end tax analysis
* Responsible for the budgeting process and working closely with various other managers
* Balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring items are accurate and valid
* Support the financial controller with month end
* Provide detailed analysis of company overhead spend
* Reconcile weekly/monthly accounts
* Investigate any variances

Your experience
* Part or fully qualified accountant
* Accountancy Qualification (Such as CIMA, ACCA, ACA, AAT, etc.) and/or experience working within an accountancy department
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Worked closely with financial controller
* Advanced excel analysis skills

As an individual you will be self-motivated, deadline driven and able to work under your own initiative. You will also be organised and an excellent communicator, and someone who displays strong people management and development skills.

My client is offering a salary ranging from £30,000 to £40,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
