Job Description Asset Services is looking for a QA Analyst in our Banking and Credit Management unit. The QA Analyst will be responsible for assisting with the delivery of QA activities across multiple client mandates, and also working with the QA Manager in the onboarding of new clients. The role will be split between ongoing business-as-usual (BAU) activities and representing the QA workstream in internal projects. Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities Implementation and co-ordination of the QA Plan, in conjunction with the QA Manager, ensuring that all agreed activities are carried out in an effective manner and on a timely basis Performance of QA assurance testing, including monthly ongoing monitoring and periodic thematic reviews Ensuring that all outcomes from QA activities are appropriately tracked, communicated and remediated Assistance with operational QA training, liaising with business SMEs and the QA Training Specialist to ensure training is delivered in line with the QA Training Plan Maintenance and review of QA and operational procedures, control libraries, guidance notes and templates Supporting the QA Manager in internal projects (for example new client onboarding or new process implementation projects), ensuring that all QA workstream activities are completed on time and in line with the relevant project plan Preparation of monthly QA dashboard reporting Skillset Circa 3 years' experience working in a related field Experience in an audit/assurance, risk or compliance area is preferable, although not essential. Knowledge of the Irish regulatory environment with regards to banking, including specific knowledge of the Central Bank Codes of Conduct Ability to demonstrate a disciplined and systematic approach to work with a proven capability of working effectively on own initiative Ability to prioritise work and manage multiple tasks, demonstrating strong organisational skills Track record of demonstrating a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and a track record of successfully meeting deadlines Able to interact personally and professionally with staff and customers of all levels as well as with senior executives both within and outside the company Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate across different levels, both verbally and in writing. Excellent report writing skills are a prerequisite.
