Our client is looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to join a small busy team on a temporary basis for up to 9 months covering maternity leave.
Job Description:
Duties for the Accounts Administrator role will include:
- Responsible for creating invoices
- Processing purchase invoices
- Processing sales invoices
- Investigating any discrepancies
- Assisting in other areas of accounts credit control, banking etc
- General administrative support
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience raising invoices
- Ideally experience within accounts administrator role would be highly preferred
- Excellent telephone manner
- Warm and personable nature
- Hardworking
- Keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong team player
Salary: £7.83 - £8.50ph
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm
