Our client is looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to join a small busy team on a temporary basis for up to 9 months covering maternity leave.

Job Description:

Duties for the Accounts Administrator role will include:

  • Responsible for creating invoices
  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Processing sales invoices
  • Investigating any discrepancies
  • Assisting in other areas of accounts credit control, banking etc
  • General administrative support

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience raising invoices
  • Ideally experience within accounts administrator role would be highly preferred
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Warm and personable nature
  • Hardworking
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong team player

Salary: £7.83 - £8.50ph

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm
